THE ART OF SOULFUL LIVING
Hi! My name is Natasha and I help black women achieve a SOULFUL life!
Soulful Living (verb) - To satiate one’s deepest soul desires in life, love, work and play.

As black women, we are often on the front lines of many battles, from black liberation to representing black excellence in the boardroom. And while our beauty is evident in our strength, often our self-love takes the backseat to community care.
It’s time to turn the page on this, Love. When we are nourished, loved and supported, we amplify our power to elevate our own station along with that of our families and communities.
In essence, when you win, the world wins.
THE STRUGGLE IS REAL
It’s easy to understand why we abandon our own self-care as we have the weight of the world on our shoulders. The cultivation of loving and sustainable marriages. The health and safety of our children. The quest to perform at work. The pressure of being all things to all people. On top of all that:
Managing microaggressions at work
Witnessing unspeakable violence against black bodies
Dealing with personal trauma and conflict
Who has time and energy to update a resume or go to yoga class with all that?
Yet when we deny ourselves these basic rights of life – love, aspiration, growth and joy – we’re in danger of burnout, we rob ourselves of the richness and vastness of life and we diminish our capacity to be our best in this world.

But here’s the good news Sis – I GOT you.
